1. Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be accepted.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or excessive wear
  • Not marked as final sale or non-returnable

For shoes, the original shoe box must be included and undamaged.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or damaged apparel or footwear
  • Washed clothing items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order separately

This helps ensure faster processing and product availability.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost; or
  • Issue a full refund
